Planning, styling and coordinating Rach and Alex's DIY style barn wedding was a total delight from start to finish. We had so much fun selecting a group of incredible vendors who all brought top quality service and flawless vibes.
Getting ready in Hotel Chadstone, Rach was in party mode from the second she woke up. The ceremony was stunning and romantic while lighthearted, and the photo session with Chamore Creations was absolutely hilarious as this group were so visibly having a great time. Coordinating their day was so much fun. I kept them on track timing wise, made sure Rach, Alex and their bridal party never had an empty drink, and vendors were kept well abreast of the run sheet and minor updates as they played out throughout the night.
Drinks were flowing thanks to Jan and the team from The Little Bar Cart, and Happy Camper Pizza provided delicious pizza from their sexy Airstream. Barn Events, as always, made a stunning and rustic yet elegant backdrop as guests dance the night away, with the exciting inclusion of a traditional Greek plate smashing, a first dance, a father-daughter dance, a mother-son dance and a sexy dress change.
Caravan sounds kept the beats pumping all night long and I enjoyed popping along until Rach, Alex and all of their guests had departed aboard busses, before packing down the wedding.

"Where do I begin? As soon as we met Cait, we knew we had to have her for our big day. Nothing was ever too much and she just brought the calm, organised and fun vibes. I honestly can say I loved planning a wedding and Cait is that reason! She understood the vision and absolutely smashed everything.
She designed our amazing signage, invites and went to the venue a number of times to make sure everything was set up for us. She provided our plinths for our florals and organised a cool mirror for our bathroom.
On the day she was bringing us drinks, food and just having an absolute ball with us. Cait - you’re amazing. THANK YOU for making our day everything and more."
