If you're the one with an eye for detail, you will have loved the process of picking out colours and textures for your big day. The one who puts it all together? That's not you, and you know as well as I do that you don't want the uni student hired by the venue to be taking the reins on making sure every details comes together with perfection, either.

Wedding Set-Up always includes...
-
A huge reduction in stress, knowing you've got a pro in your corner, ready to make sure your venue looks as good (usually better) than you ever imagined
-
Zoom meetings to talk through all of the pieces included and where they will be on the day
-
A venue visit to make sure we know EXACTLY how you want everything, and our two cents (if you want it) on how to make sure everything is in the right places
"On the day it was incredible to have someone we trusted, taking care of the venue. While we were getting ready, she was making the venue look like a million bucks. And when we were hung over, she was packing it all up and delivering it to our door. Highly recommend."

WHAT DO I ACTUALLY GET FROM YOU?
INITIAL CONSULTATION

First step is to book in a 1 hour consultation. This grants you access to every corner of our wedding expertise. During this consultation, we'll chat through as many details as you like and you'll get a good sense of the way in which we can take the pressure off and ensure your wedding looks as perfect as you've designed it to be.

LOCKING IT IN

Following this chat, you'll receive an invoice to lock in coordination. This will come with Terms & Conditions so that everything is laid out, clear as day, and there's no confusion around the bang you're getting for your buck. Once you pay the deposit, your date is secured in our calendar and we're officially a proud member of your Wedding Dream Team.

2 CONSULTATIONS

As part of the package, you've two additional 1 hour consultations. You can book these in whenever you like, but we recommend that around the 8 weeks (or at least 6 weeks) and 4 weeks out marks work best. We can discuss anything and everything during these conversations, but we'll focus on talking through the details of the set-up and the timing. Weddings are our passion. We're WEDnerds and live and breathe new ideas, latest trends, the best businesses to work with and more.

1 VENUE VISIT

We will accompany you to your wedding venue for your final visit before the big day to make 100% sure we're all on the very same page, and there's no confusion around who's doing what and when. We love working with venues to make sure everything goes smoothly and your wedding is being coordinated and hosted by a united team.

WEDDING DAY

When it comes to wedding day, we've got the set-up of your styling pieces all sorted. Having collected everything from either you or your hire provider, we communicate directly with the venue to make sure that we're across the timing (when we can arrive, and when we need to be out of there by). We then set everything up with an eye for detail, a passion for the perfect placement and an efficient speed.

When it comes to the pack-up, whether that's the night of the wedding or the day after, let's be super clear: that's not a vibe for the end of your night or the sleepy next morning. We've got you covered.

We know that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and we want to ensure that it's perfect. With this service, you can relax and enjoy yourself knowing that the set-up is being fully taken care of. Essential.
